Regulace MiFID 2 a MiFIR stanoví poměrně složitá pravidla týkající se systematické internalizace a povinností systematických internalizátorů. Compllex, s.r.o. (Compllex) zpracoval přehledné digramy popisující jednotlivá kritéria a kroky plnění povinností systematických internalizátorů.
